I do wonder, if you people, for example those living in KL visits the Bird Park, Butterfly Park, Petrosains etc etc, tourist attractions that KL has to offer?
'fess it, you wouldn't bother much do you, knowing the uber hot weather in KL. Plus, how nice or interesting could it be, in KL. Heh, you ungrateful chaps. I'm even speaking of myself.
I have a cousin from Ipoh who is a tourguide. He does tours locally i.e. Langkawi, Penang, Redang, AFamosa. And he is thinking of expanding his touring base to KL.
Wow, for a sec i thought, what is there to see in KL other than the Twin Tower (he calls it the two corns).
So, last week, he and his family came down to KL to survey the attractions i.e. Aquaria, Petrosains, Birdpark, Butterfly Park, Pst Sains Negara etc etc
First stop was Aquaria. Interesting but expensive.
The second was Petrosains. We all went in with him. I remembered the last time i visited Petrosains was back in primary. Gosh, they haven't changed much. Cheap and worthit, considering you can spend up to 3 hours in there.
Third was BirdPark. DO you know that Malaysia's birdpark is the world's largest walk-in free-flight aviary. Sounds impressing huh. Oh what can i say, it was "quite a trip". I can't remember when was the last time i went there, maybe i've never. Before two of my cousins and i reached the place, we were sweating and prolly roasted. The aircond in his car was broken and we were suffering. Not only the weather was troubling, but we had to walk the birdpark under the uber hot sun, is not even funny.
After that trip, my cousin made his mind, this is definitely not a good place to bring the aunties and uncles to.
And we vow to never return to that place, ever again!
Gosh, Birdpark............. don't even wanna think about it!!
